At Pediatric Teletherapy LLC, potential clients take the first steps
of their therapeutic journey by engaging in a free, initial 15 minute consultation, discussing any concerns and questions they may have. Once these questions are answered and families wish to proceed with a full evaluation and/or ongoing speech therapy services, our dedicated team promptly schedules with the family. We
understand the importance of an individualized approach, which is why
we schedule an initial evaluation with the parent or caregiver to
recommend a personalized care plan tailored to meet the unique needs
of each child. Unlike many larger companies, you don't need to sit on a waitlist!
After the initial evaluation, your clinician at Pediatric Teletherapy LLC will recommend the frequency of services and schedule visits that fit your needs and the clinician's availability. Therapy services will begin as soon as possible. At this time, insurance is NOT accepted and all services are private pay only. You will be provided with an estimate of the expected cost. Upon request, however, a superbill may be provided to you in order to seek reimbursement from your insurance company to help cover the cost of services received. Please check with your insurance provider to find out what may be covered under your plan.
Therapists at Pediatric Teletherapy LLC provide LIVE virtual speech therapy services via telehealth. This allows us to communicate efficiently and directly with patients and their parents or caregivers regarding strategies for improvement, changes to upcoming scheduling, weekly updates regarding their child's progress, and more. We know that children thrive in speech therapy when they are supported by involved caregivers in a nurturing environment that promotes growth, learning, play, and independence. We meet families where they are at, no matter their location, and structure our therapy activities and personalized care plan around a child's interests and strengths for their greatest opportunities to succeed!

Simplifying Admissions and Care
Once your child's initial comprehensive evaluation is completed, your dedicated therapist at Pediatric Teletherapy LLC will have an in-depth conversation with you and your family to discuss the recommended Personalized Care Plan. This collaborative process ensures that we create a tailored treatment approach that meets your child's unique needs. Following the completion of your child's comprehensive evaluation, your child's speech therapist will further explain the process of ongoing therapy sessions, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you feel confident moving forward. Once you are comfortable with the plan, therapy sessions will be scheduled and you will be ready to proceed!
